At ground floor : Reception, Bar, breakfast room, lounge with TV, laundry spacewith washing and dryng facilities. This area like most of the residence is covered by Wi-Fi signal. Large terrace (oriented south-east) with view over the surrounding mountains (Dents de Lanfon and la Tournette (2300 m)) and the paragliding site of Planfait. The apartments are located on the first and second floor. Excepting the studio with easy access for handicaped persons, which is at street level on the village side. Large car park, (free).
The Golf course of Talloires is at walking distance (200 meters) from the residence, as well as the paraglinding Landing zone (LZ) of Planfait (500 meters) and the natural reserve of the Roc de Chère (200 meters) with its marked hiking trails.
