A warm and friendly welcome received by all who visit Billy and Carol Smiths 19th Century Country home. The property is set in Five ? acres of beautiful gardens and farmland.
Continental Breakfast is included in the room rate, a Full English Breakfast and Evening Meals can be provided on request for a small supplement per person.
The house is situated 2kms from the popular market town of St-Hilaire-Du-Harcouet with its restaurants, bars, shops, parks, lakes and fishing. It is in a central position to Mont St-Michel, Avranches and the WW11 Normandy Beaches and museums.
A great base for house hunters with many estate agents in the area.
The main house accommodation has:
* Five Double Bedrooms; two large bedrooms have en-suite WC
* Two guest lounges with TV, where a cosy log fire will be provided on chilly nights.
* Two shower rooms with WC
* One bathroom with WC
* Use of gardens and barbeque area.
* Secure parking for motorbikes and classic cars with workshop facilities.
Pets not allowed
There are Two Self Catering Gites each one sleeps 2-4 people.
Each gite conists of:
