Hotel Fondovalle is situated on the borders of Umbria and Tuscany, near the rolling hills of Città della Pieve and the Monte Cetona. Easy road and rail access allows our guests to visit the many nearby historical and cultural cities of Città della Pieve, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Siena, and of the nearby thermal baths of Chianciano Terme, S. Albino and S. Casciano dei Bagni.

Our external facilities include a spacious parking area, bar, fuel station, tyre servicing and a mechanised car washing area. We also offer the assistance service for motorbikes.

Our recently constructed hotel offers welcoming, noise insulated and air-conditioned/heated rooms. For your comfort, satellite T.V., personal safe, mini-bar and hair dryer are standard fittings.
Two guest rooms are equipped for the comfort of disabled guests and are accessible by elevator.

CITTA' DELLA PIEVE, jewel of medieval and renaissance art, dominates all Valdichiana Valley and Trasimeno Lake from the top of a hill from a hight of 508 metres.
