The Ultimo Mulino is a little and charming hotel in a building that in the past was an ancient mill of 14000. It is ubicated in one of the most beautiful zone of Italy, Chianti, between Radda and Gaiole just few minutes from important and famous Castles and Villages.
During the restoration the original structure has been kept this is the reason why in this hotel there is the atmosphere of ancient times. The Ultimo Mulino has an external swimming pool that was a ancient bath. In the big external patio the buffet breakfast , lunch and dinner are served during the sunny seasons. The position of the hotel is perfect in order to explore Chianti, the Ultimo Mulino, in fact, is located few minutes by car from famous towns of the zone, Greve in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti, but it is near to Siena, San Gimignano and the Valdarno area where the fashion outlets are.
Being immersed in nature, it is the ideal location for holidays for relax and rest, experiencing the tastes and flavours of the kitchen of the zone thanks to the typical dishes prepared in the restaurant of the hotel that are inspired by the traditional recipes of grandmothers. The list of wines is various and accurate. We offer also the possibility to have a cooking lesson with traditional or personalized menu with our professional staff. The restaurant is also the perfect location for important event like weddings and anniversaries.

All the rooms of Ultimo Mulino remind an ancient Tuscan farmhouse: iron bed, pavements in cotto, wooden beams and original stoned walls. The rooms of the hotel are equipped by all the comforts of a 4stars hotel: heating, air conditioning, minibar, telephone, safe box, sat TV and hair dryer.
The breakfast buffet is served each morning in the central hall and, in the warmest months, on the cool veranda. All the products we offer for breakfast are home-made, our pies, for example, are made by the skilled hands of our staff assigned to breakfast in the morning, following her grandmother's recipes and using fresh products of the season. The cheeses, cured meats and eggs are bought from farms in Tuscany after a careful quality control and are prepared at the moment of the order to ensure maximum freshness.
