In its origins it was the summer home of a noble family from Modena the Brugnoli's; trasformed into a pension and later renovated in Hotel "Regina" by Pietro Petrucci, nicknamed "Pietruzzo", pioneer of tourism in Abetone and founder of the local sci-club. The Hotel over the years kept its charm combining it with all the modern conforts. It is runned with great cave by the new generations of the proprietors.
Hotel Regina has its own private parking, restaurant, bar, elevator.
