Situated in a small quiet, village called Nieuwe Pekela, approximately 30km from TT Circuit Assen and 45 km from the city of Groningen in the Northeast of Holland. The city of Groningen is easily reachable and we are also a short drive from the German border, (shown in red on the right side of the map), for those of you who want to open out the throttle on the Autobahn.

Although it is mainly farmland in the area, there is plenty to see and do, and the roads are a dream for motorbikes! Cameras are rare and the roads quiet, unlike the South of the Netherlands.

We have various types of accommodation available. 1 Shower/wc room (3 shower cubicles, 4 sinks and 2 wc cubicles) and a separate bathroom (bath, wc and shower). Secure off road parking for bikes, (limited inside spaces also available). Door to door transport* at small cost for main events at TT Circuit Assen! Home cooked meals, realistic prices. Set prices available for weekend** (Fri, Sat & Sun) and weekly stays** (5 & 7 days incl Saturday). Maps supplied for points of interest to visit and good roads for bike runs. We also have facilities for washing your bike/visors, and have a close affiliation with the local bike garage for any emergency repairs. (Discount for BikeMotel.nl customers).

Bikes are parked in our spacious garage attached to the main part of the house, this holds approximately 15 bikes depending on make and model. Any additional bikes are parked in a secure driveway at the side of the house.

We have a private bar on the premises for the use of guests. On sale we have bottled beers, local and Imported, and a selection of both Mixer drinks and soft drinks. These will be sold at normal prices... not hotel prices! We also have a selection of Bar Snacks available.

Towels and bedding are provided for your use and changed when required. Towels are dried every morning after use.

Bike washing facilities, helmet washing facilities, suggested Ride outs and local visitor attractions.

Continental breakfast is included in the price of your stay, home cooked evening meals will be provided at realistic prices. Sat BBQ (weather permitting).

During the winter months there is also a lot going on here. This is a great time to visit the Christmas markets and fayres in Germany, and pick up something really special for Christmas. Wandering round these markets is great fun, even if you don't buy much. The Gluwein is flowing and the market snacks are great. Don't worry, we don't ask that you come on the bike !!
