In the center of our small picturesque town you´ll find our building. It is located in direct proximity to the OldTown Hall, the museum and The Castle Park. The pedestrian zone in the center of town is where the action is. Interesting shops and sights invite you for a stroll. Uslar is the entry point to the Uslar Vacation Region and considered the gate to the Solling Vogler Nature Preserve as well as the Weser Highlands. Just a few minutes by car and you´ll escape into an oasis of peace and restoration. During each season, picturesque paths will lead you to original landscapes for R&R, rest and relaxation.

Since 1879 our building has been managed as a hotel. To maintain traditions while offering modern hotel conveniences in a restored and historically protected building is our goal. Prior to it´s re-opening in November of 1994, extensive renovation were completed with the highest priority given to preservation of the old hotel. All guests quarters where lovingly restored, bearing in mind the character and charm of the hotel. Chutes were placed to be invisible to guests, but convenient for staff to meet your high expectations. We installed an EDP system, which by the way, helped design our home page, a fax and photo copy machine, as well as individual telephone lines and cable TV, so none of your desires go unmet. In our kitchen and cellar too, we rely on the most up to date technology. We give assurance you can always request a freshly prepared meal as well as beer, wine or other beverages of the highest quality. During summer months, please relax outside, so we can spoil you on our terrace. We proudly acknowledge, that during the 1997, German hotel classifications our hotel was awarded two stars. The hotel "Unter den Linden" emphasizes a personal understanding of hospitality, thus offers an alternative to the anonymity of larger hotels , but does not lack their comforts. In addition to it`s ideal location in the town`s center, the hotel is surrounded by rural charm. We believe that you will enjoy your stay with us, because the Hotel "Unter den Linden" is quite special.
