The Hotel Grüner Baum has been an institution for many generations in Zell am See. Our guests appreciate the short distances to the lake, the lake promenade or the ski slopes.

Our hotel consists of three buildings. Right in the pedestrian zone of Zell am See, with all its shops, boutiques and bars, is our Guesthouse Grüner Baum. On the ground floor there is our restaurant, the cosy rooms, the garden and our little GREENS Pub. In the cellar of the building you will also find the downstairs bar "Greens XL.

The rooms at the Guesthouse Grüner Baum are all up to date, lovingly furnished and they are designated ECONOMY.

Immediately behind this building runs the narrow Sebastian Hörl alley which can be accessed by every car. The actual Hotel Grüner Baum with the hotel reception is located there. The room categories Classic, Family and Family Comfort are found here. You can park your car right outside the hotel. Afterwards you can park your car for free in our hotel-owned parking garage or in the adjacent parking area. The car park and underground garage are directly next to the hotel, which is almost a special feature for Zell am See. Hotel and guest house are linked to each other by a short underground passage.

Together with the guesthouse and the hotel building our independent apartment building forms a small triangle in the middle of Zell am See. If you would rather like to spend your holiday on a self-catering basis instead of our half-board, then that is our perfect service for you. It is also possible to book with pleasure our holiday apartment with meals or just visit our A la carte Restaurant.

However different your holiday needs in Zell am See may be, we at Hotel Grüner Baum in Zell am See will try to brighten up the best days of the year for you and let it become an Alpine experience!
