La Guinza (number CIN:IT053001B5DGBTZTWM) located on the edge of the Monte Labro Nature Reserve in the area of Monte Amiata, a real gem of southern Tuscany. Whether for a weekend or several days, come and discover this ancient volcano, with its centuries old chestnut groves and majestic beech trees. A mountain rich in history, with charming villages (Santa Fiora, Arcidosso, Castel del Piano), just a few kilometers from the sea (about 60 km) and close to the most important towns of Tuscany (Siena 1 hour by car, Florence 2 hours). The famous Saturnia spa is even closer (30 min.) and the San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni spas on the Siena side of the mountain about 40 minutes. Within the Monte Amiata area, stands Monte Labro where, on these ridges of the once ocean floor, our small, cozy agriturismo is situated. There are four comfortable independent apartments available and in the summer months a fully equipped swimming pool, surrounded by our verdant garden. Dogs, cats and any other animals are permitted at our agriturismo.

We are welcome for those who want to bring their own horse (in a stall or grazing). We organize horseback riding (the owner is an Environmental Equestrian Guide). At the agriturismo, you can follow art courses with qualified teachers (VEDIC ART – FIBER ART – PATCHWORK…and special work shop with John P.Milton, Founder of WAY OF NATURE…) For nature lovers, it is easy to get to the Wildlife Park (the real Wild Park in Tuscany) and the numerous Nature Reserves (Pescinello - Poggio all'Olmo etc.) walking or with our mountain bikes. For lovers of astronomy remember that Monte Labro is one of the best places in all of Tuscany to observe the stars! ...Oh, I forgot!
